Mimma Viglezio is a writer and creative consultant. Viglezio started her career as Marketing Manager for Swiss Auction Houses in Geneva. In 1992 Viglezio was hired by the renowned public relations firm Hill & Knowlton Italy and became head of their High Profile Goods Division where she was advising clients such as Bulgari and Celine. After 4 years working primarily for Bulgari, the jewellers offered Mimma the position of External Relations Director WW and later promoted to Corporate Communications Executive Director, where she oversaw global communications matters for the brand.
After 9 years Viglezio moved to Paris as Communications Director at Louis Vuitton and after only one year in the position was offered a job by PPR for its luxury division, the Gucci Group. Based in London she coordinated and controlled the activity of 8 brands and was responsible of the Group’s Corporate Communications, media buying, market intelligence, CSR and corporate image
