Melissa Roth Mendez

Melissa Roth Mendez is a global luxury brand leader. She serves as a strategic advisor to the Chief Creative Officer and Executive Leadership on current and emerging issues in Brand Reputation and Management impacting luxury brands. She has an eclectic, multidisciplinary background that includes work in PR, marketing, diversity, equity and inclusion, and with substantial expertise as a corporate lawyer.
Melissa is passionate and committed to supporting women and other underrepresented groups along their career journeys. During her 15 years at Burberry, she founded and served as the executive sponsor of W|E Women Empowered, a global network for women at Burberry. She also served as executive sponsor of the Empowered Black Network at Burberry. She recently was recognized for her work in DEI by being awarded an Honorable Mention in the Valued Ally category in the Seramount ERG Impact Awards.
Melissa received her J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law, graduating first in her class. She has been awarded Luxury Counsel of the Year by the Luxury Law Summit and has consistently been recognized as one of the top 300 trademark attorneys in the world by the World Trademark Review.
