Louise Nash is a partner in Covington & Burling‘s London office and a member of the firm-wide Management Committee. She has particular expertise in the luxury brands sector, with clients including Giorgio Armani S.p.A., Valentino, Coty, Chiquita Brands International and the Haddad Apparel Group. Louise has a wide ranging international corporate and commercial practice including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations and private equity (including venture capital). She regularly works on complex cross-border projects, in particular those with a significant intellectual property element. She is recognised by leading publications including Chambers UK, Legal 500 UK and SuperLawyers London. Louise is also a regular commentator on the ever-changing business issues facing companies in the brands and luxury sector, for publications including the Financial Times, ES Magazine and Company Magazine.
