Lindsay Shain is the Vice President and Senior Counsel at The Estée Lauder Companies where she serves as lead counsel to North America Region and Travel Retail Division. In her role, she is responsible for providing legal support for wholesale and retail trade relations for a number of the Company’s portfolio of brands and on issues relating to competition, antitrust, bankruptcy, retail operations, and consumer protection. Further, as Dedicated Lawyer for the North America Region and Travel Retail, she is a key member of their leadership teams helping to drive expansion of the Company’s global growth and direct to consumer retail business.
Lindsay joined the Company in 2006 and was promoted to Vice President in July 2014. Today, she works closely with senior management and key stakeholders throughout the Company as a member of the Global Business Relations and Litigation Group.
Having worked for the Company for over a decade, Lindsay has extensive experience in the distribution of consumer goods in the U.S and internationally and has combined a results-oriented and business minded approach to her role as attorney. She has received a number of rewards and honors within the Company in recognition of her leadership competencies, strategic thinking, and willingness to help all to achieve their goals.
Lindsay was administered to the State Bar of New York in 2006 and is a graduate of Rutgers College and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
