Joanne Loughrey
Joanne is Associate General Counsel for the Luxury Division of L’Oréal UK and Ireland, advising brands such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Kiehl’s and Valentino on a wide range of commercial legal matters including distribution strategy, consumer law issues and advertising regulations compliance. She also serves as Chair of ISBA’s Influencer Marketing Working Group and is a co-creator of ISBA’s Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct, striving to promote higher standards across the UK’s influencer marketing sector. Joanne is additionally a member of the Luxury Law Alliance Advisory Board.
