Jeremy has over 20 years’ of experience advising clients in relation to a broad range of regulatory compliance issues including licensing, product safety, food law and advertising/trading law including looking at consumer related issues. Jeremy is a solicitor advocate with considerable advocacy experience before many courts and tribunals. Often his work will involve being alive to and dealing with associated reputational risk issues.
