James Scroggs
James Scroggs came fresh to the fashion world from music management, and has his own music management business HOOP. He also runs a mental health charity called CALM. Starting out with a pop-up in Soho, M.C. Overalls has gone from strength to strength, attracting foreign investment to grow and expand the business, and roll out their collections.
Scroggs re-established the work-wear brand in 2017 from a former manufacturer established in 1908, based on the former business’s ethos of ‘making a uniform for contemporary workers’ and the motto ‘We Worked Hard’. M.C. Overalls stockists include Harvey Nicholls, The Hambledon, Number 6 London, as well as a number of international stockists from countries including Canada, Spain, Italy and France.
