Elnaz Zarrini is an associate in the Corporate Department in Morrison & Foerster’s New York Office. Her practice focuses on fund formation and general corporate and transactional matters.
Ms. Zarrini also advises companies on significant legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, license agreements and joint ventures, counseling companies in a wide range of industries including consumer brands, fashion, real estate, and the luxury markets.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Zarrini was a complex commercial litigation and white collar associate for another international law firm. In this capacity, she represented private equity, corporate clients and executives in a broad range of matters including restructuring, contractual disputes, complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, securities and intellectual property litigation, government investigations and FCPA matters.
