Donna Martin

Donna is a solicitor in the Employment team of Mackrell Turner Garrett’s London office, where she advises both employers and employees on a full range of contentious and non-contentious issues.
Her experience includes drafting employment contracts and handbooks, advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures and preparatory work prior to employment tribunals, including advising on the advantages and disadvantages of settling cases. She has particular expertise in compromise agreements and managing social media in the workplace.
Donna joined Mackrell Turner Garrett in 2011 after training and qualifying at Vizards Wyeth Solicitors, where she practised employment law and commercial litigation. She previously studied on the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and completed an LLB, Law and Politics degree at Keele University. Donna is a member of the Mackrell International European Junior Lawyers Group and Americas Growth Group.
A regular contributor to the legal press, Donna has written for journals such as Lawyer Monthly Magazine and the Solicitors Journal.
