David Harper graduated from City University London in 1985 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His career started at Cushman & Wakefield where he was appointed Partner. However, the business was landlord focused so David took his retail clients and founded Harper Dennis Hobbs in 1993. David has run a number of business ventures in retail with Chris Dennis and is a highly knowledgeable and experienced retail property consultant. He leads from the front and is passionate about good client service and excellent advice. David’s key clients at different stages throughout his career have included Inditex, Spoils, Tiffany & Co and more recently LVMH. His expertise extends across Europe. He lives south of London in Haslemere with his wife and three children, two dogs and eight chickens. Outside the office he is keen on skiing, mountain biking and squash.
