Daniela Della Rosa

Fashion law specialist, Daniela Della Rosa, partner of Curtis international corporate department, has a strategic understanding and insight into the legal challenges faced by IP-led industries operating in EMEA and internationally during a complex digital transformation process. She advises international corporations and well-known and premium brands on their commercial operations, all aspects of their omni-channel distribution, online and offline, consumer and intellectual property protection as well as technology partnerships.
As GC for major companies, she supported mergers and acquisitions, given legal advice on international expansion, and led bespoke litigations on IP matters across the Atlantic
Dual qualified in New York and Italy, Daniela worked in Rome, Milan, Washington, D.C., and Brussels, and has excellent insight into EU regulations, including environmental, social and governance regulations.
Ms. Della Rosa began her career as an international company lawyer working for well-known brands in the legal, IT and fashion sectors including IBM and Levi Strauss & Co. For many years she served in Kering as WW General Counsel for Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Sergio Rossi. Nowadays she acts primarily as independent/non-executive legal director in public companies preparing for an IPO or in a transformational phase.
Ms. Della Rosa is Adjunct Professor in LUISS Business School and Co- Director of the Master of Fashion and Luxury held in Rome, Milan and Amsterdam campuses.
She obtained a Master of Laws (L.L.M) from Columbia University School of Law in NYC and she is qualified to practice law in Italy and New York
She is fluent in English and French.
