Courtney Robbins is currently the Head of Lead – Employment, Finance and IT at Chanel, Inc.. In her role, Courtney oversees all of Chanel’s U.S. employment matters across the entire employee population. Courtney counsels the business on a daily basis on employment matters, trains employees, develops policies and helps ensure compliance with the countless federal and local employment laws that impact the business. Additionally, Courtney negotiates, drafts and reviews Chanel’s IT contracts, as well as finance agreements. Prior to joining Chanel in 2017, Courtney was a Vice-President for Elizabeth Arden, Inc.. In this capacity, she managed the NY office of the legal department and oversaw Arden’s employment, regulatory, IT, marketing and IP matters. Prior to Elizabeth Arden, she was an Assistant General Counsel for U-Haul International overseeing labor and employment matters, as well as complex class litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. Prior thereto, she was in private practice. Courtney is a former Board Member of the ACC – NYC Chapter and served as the co-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She is admitted to practice law in New York. Courtney received her J.D., from Fordham University School of Law. Courtney holds a B.A., in political science, from LeMoyne College.
