Clare Cornell is a partner in Finnegan Europe LLP’s London office.  She leads Finnegan’s London trade mark group and has 20 years’ experience in the IP industry.  Her practice focusses on all aspects of trade mark portfolio management, including trade mark enforcement and seeking settlement of complex IP disputes.  Clare is a Chartered UK and European trade mark and patent attorney having qualified to practice in the in both disciplines.  Her dual qualification and experience enable her to provide broad advice across IP portfolios in areas such as IP due diligence, licensing and assignment projects.  Clare holds a Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice from Nottingham Trent University; a Certificate in IP Transactions, Law and Practice from University College London; and a M.Sc. in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary, University of London.
