Christina Ngan
Christina holds a Bachelors of Law / Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and International Relations) from the University of New South Wales in Australia, Graduate Diploma of Laws in Australia and a Masters of Laws from the London School of Economics.
Christina began her London legal career as a corporate M&A and capital markets lawyer at Goldman Sachs, after which she moved to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. At Freshfields, Christina continued to provide acquisition and capital raising advice for some of the world’s largest banks and corporations, whilst also specialising in the luxury and retail industry. Christina began her legal career in Australia focussing on human rights law and the United Nations.
After nearly 7 years in the corporate finance industry, Christina joined Charlotte OIympia in 2014 to take up the new role of General Counsel. On any given day, Christina’s role covers and oversee an array of areas including corporate governance, company secretarial responsibilities, structuring, franchising and distribution, real estate, employment, and IP protection. Christina is also responsible for HR globally and takes on an operational role.
