Cheryl Wang has been in-house counsel at David Yurman since 2014.  While her main practice area is intellectual property, her responsibilities cover a wide range of practice areas.  As the sole intellectual property and brand enforcement at the company, she is responsible for managing all of the company’s copyrights, trademarks, and patents worldwide, which includes liaising frequently with outside and/or foreign counsel but with much more involvement in the drafting and filing process in the United States.

Her work further includes litigation, sweepstakes rules & administration and licensing agreements, as well as compliance related matters covering a broad spectrum of commercial and business regulations, ranging from privacy and data protection, OSHA, to FTC advertising disclosures for jewellery specific industries and social media.
