Heather has 15 years experience leading the design and delivery of change management and communications strategies for large-scale business transformation programmes. Aligned with the financial services sector and focusing on the ‘people’ impacts of regulatory change, Heather’s global experience includes leading and supporting organisations going through change whilst managing the requirements of diverse groups of global stakeholders.
