Niccolò Pallesi

Mr. Niccolò Pallesi, aged 41, joined our Group as the General Counsel of our Company on May 4, 2020 and is responsible for overseeing all legal, corporate and compliance affairs of our Group.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Pallesi served as an associate in one of the magic circle law firms, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in 2008 and from January 2009 to April 2020, Mr. Pallesi was a senior legal manager of Eni S.p.A, a company listed at Borsa Italiana and New York Stock Exchange (Stock ticker: ENI), being part of the M&A Legal Team as responsible for the downstream business and downstream merger and acquisition transactions of Eni S.p.A.

From 2013 to 2016 Mr. Pallesi served as a contract professor of “Bankruptcy Law and Crisis Management” with the Link Campus University in Rome of Italy. From 2015 to 2019 Mr. Pallesi was appointed chairman of the tarbox legal committee, a committee established among the major international oil & gas companies with the purpose of reviewing and updating the contractual instruments related to the risks’ definition and allocation of responsibilities for into-plane refuelling operations.

Mr. Pallesi obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Luiss Guido Carli University in November 2004 in Italy, a master degree (LLM) in international tax law from the University of Leiden in August 2006 in the Netherlands and a master degree (LLM) in business law from University of California Berkeley School of Law in May 2007 in the US. Mr. Pallesi was admitted to the New York Bar Association in May 2008 and to the Italian Bar Association in May 2009. Mr. Pallesi was also admitted to practice as a notary public and real estate agent in the state of New York in 2008.

Keith Benjamin

Keith was appointed Group Legal Director of Jaguar Land Rover in 2009, dealing with all legal and related matters and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

For more than 35 years, Keith has been a senior lawyer in the automotive industry dealing with issues across all major jurisdictions including Europe, the US, Latin America, and China.

Keith, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales, began his career at Fiat Auto: the owner of Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Ferrari, before moving to General Motors Corporation, which covered the Vauxhall/Opel, Chevrolet, and Saab brands.

In 2009, following the sale of Jaguar Land Rover to Tata, Keith joined the company and was tasked with developing the legal, patent, audit, security, compliance, and enterprise risk functions for the newly acquired company. Over the past decade, these functions have developed to service and protect the global business.

Keith uses his deep experience and personal expertise to facilitate the business objectives and add value while driving transformation and ensuring legal compliance. He is committed to protecting and safeguarding both the business and its customers.

Vincent Helluy

Vincent Helluy overseas Avisa Partners’ activities against illicit trade, providing clients with services to tackle counterfeiting, piracy, and related IP crimes. Before joining the firm, Vincent led for 12 years Content Protection strategies and operations for a leading European Pay-TV operator. He was responsible for developing international partnerships aiming at strengthening anti-piracy cooperation between the stakeholders of the audiovisual industry: broadcasters, movie studios, sport leagues and big tech companies. To this end, he oversaw the company’s onboarding in international Content Protection endeavors, including the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), and the Audiovisual Anti-Piracy Alliance (AAPA).
