Paolo advises clients on IT contracts/outsourcing, privacy/data protection, e-commerce, and telecommunications/internet regulatory issues. He has recently advised a number of companies on establishing comprehensive data governance frameworks across the region. Other recent experience includes assisting clients with the establishment of e-commerce platforms in Asia and related technology agreements and privacy compliance. Christi is a US attorney and Head of US Practice in the London office of Laura Devine Solicitors. She advises clients on all aspects of US business and family-based immigration and represents clients ranging from high net worth individuals to large, multinational corporations covering a variety of sectors. Her expertise includes all categories of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters and she also regularly assists US citizens with passport-related matters. Christi has appeared on television to discuss a variety of US immigration hot topics for channels such as BBC News and CNN and she regularly writes articles on business immigration and the US political landscape. Natasha is a solicitor and the risk and compliance partner in London, with 15 years’ experience in UK immigration law, nationality and EU free movement. She is recognised in the Legal 500 as an ‘expert’ in her field and in Who’s Who Legal 2017 as having ‘extensive knowledge of immigration law” with her key strength being her “ability to think of creative solutions”. Natasha recently appeared on the BBC discussing Brexit and the position of EU nationals.

Adrian Whitehead is the General Counsel for HotelServices UK &Ireland at AccorHotels. He joined the company in 2016 after a 30-year career in legal counsel and private practice roles.
Before joining Accor, Adrian spent 12 years as Group Legal Director and Company Secretary at Brakes, a leading supplier to the catering industry in the UK, Ireland, France and Sweden. Prior to that Adrian worked for 8 years in various legal roles at Nestle UK Ltd. He has also enjoyed spells as a corporate solicitor at Woolwich Building Society and Trafalgar House plcafter beginning his career at Clifford Chance LLP.
A highly experienced legal leader, Adrian’s experience includes M&A, corporate financing and restructuring, contract review and negotiation, outsourcing, anti-trust, dispute resolution, insolvency, IP, IT, data protection and privacy.
Ava Farshidi is Assistant General Counsel at David Yurman. Prior to that, she served in the same role at Rebecca Minkoff. She also spent time at Stuart Weitzman and at a law firm focusing on intellectual property and advertising issues for several fashion brands.
