She has also overseen the creation and launch of a gourmet food and cooking lifestyle line sold in, among other retail channels, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Marshall Fields and Target.

Ms. Turcotte previously held the position of Corporate Counsel and President for OGC/KAP, Inc.She has been involved with the execution of media and merchandising ventures with Tory Burch, Philippe Stark and Michael Graves. Ms. Turcotte served as Assistant General Counsel for A.T. Cross Company and as Corporate Counsel and President for Ming East-West, LLC, where she produced and provided legal counsel to television productions:“Simply Ming” (PBS) and “East Meets West”, an Emmy Award winning show on the Food Network. Ms. Turcotte holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. in International Political Economies from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Federal Bar.

Sarah Aziz is Senior Legal Counsel for L’Oréal UK & Ireland. This is a generalist role that involves advising various business units across a range of legal practice areas such as dispute resolution, digital, e-commerce and IT, IP and sponsorship, contracts, competition law, advertising and marketing. Sarah has been at L’Oréal for 8 years, prior to which she was an associate in the Corporate department at Clifford Chance LLP.

Ruth is a Senior Associate in Baker & McKenzie’s London IP team.
