Kate has responsibility for all legal and compliance matters for Mulberry, the global luxury leather goods designer, manufacturer and retailer. She is a highly experienced and successful in-house General Counsel with wide ranging knowledge across multiple legal disciplines, and extensive experience in private practice and industry. She is a member of Mulberry’s Management Board and Company Secretary and is a practicing English Solicitor. With a background forged in corporate finance and company/commercial law,  her previous legal experience includes roles at a variety of international companies within the printing, packaging, mining and manufacturing sectors, covering UK and multiple foreign jurisdictions. Outside of Mulberry, Kate is involved in a variety of charitable organisations and has extensive experience as a charity Trustee/NED. Kate also writes legal articles and presents on a range of legal subjects.
