Lee S. Sporn, co-director of The FAME Center, is Senior Vice President – Business Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of Michael Kors (USA), Inc. and is responsible for its legal, store design, construction and facilities departments. Prior to joining Kors in 2003, Lee was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Kasper A.S.L., Ltd., owner of the Anne Klein and Kasper brands, and prior to that Lee was at Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation for 11 years, where he served as Vice President, Intellectual Property and Associate General Counsel, responsible for worldwide intellectual property enforcement, licensing and a wide variety of commercial and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Polo, Lee was an attorney at Proskauer Rose. Lee served on the Board of Directors of the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition for a decade, and also served as its Chairman and an Executive Committee member. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cardozo Law School, is a contributor to Fashion Law—A Guide for Designers, Fashion Executives and Attorneys (Bloomsbury, 2nd Edition, 2014) and was the co-editor of the seminal treatise, Trademark Counterfeiting (Aspen Law & Business, 1999). Lee received his JD from Brooklyn Law School.

José Neves, Founder and CEO, launched Farfetch in 2008, bringing together his interests in fashion and technology, as well as his experience in design, wholesale and retail, to create a business that would celebrate and support the diversity of the global fashion industry.
The seasoned entrepreneur had experienced first-hand the challenges facing bricks-and-mortar retailers wanting to expand online. His vision was to create a single portal, offering independent boutiques the opportunity to compete with the leaders of fashion e-commerce.
Farfetch now comprises more than 400 boutiques, offering over 100,000 pieces from 1,000 brands. With customers in almost 190 countries, the site receives an average of 10 million monthly hits.
José has been involved in the fashion start-up world since the mid-1990s when he launched footwear business SWEAR. José later founded SIX London, a fashion licensing and wholesale company selling to 600 retailers worldwide. In 2001 José opened the renowned bstore, which won the British Fashion Award for Retailer of the Year in 2006.
José has received numerous accolades as an entrepreneur and for his business ventures, including The Business of Fashion’s 500 People Shaping the Fashion Industry in 2015 and 2013, Ernst & Young’s 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year and Vogue’s DirectorsOf.COM Top Entrepreneur in 2011.
